Second time in a F1 hotel. I love the concept: room is small and basic but super clean, everything in great condition and very good mattresses. No charm but I don't like to pay extra for fancy things, just make it clean and comfortable. We were allowed to actually checkin a couple of hours early and got a room to the back which is quiet.. They also let us leave our baggage there for some hours after check-out as we were not leaving Paris until the afternoon. Saved having to drag things around or finding a place to store them. There are a couple of supermarkets pretty close but the Lidl 8 minutes walk is the best. Great selection for cheap prices and we microwaved some meals back in the hotel, there are tables where one can eat by the vending area. One can get breakfast there for € 7.50 but we never tried it. Is about 600 meters from the Metro and a tram line but fairly well connected without being right in the center. There is another F1 hotel in Rungis south towards Orly Airport but it seemed to not be so conveniently connected with public transportation as this location.

Here’s a polished version of your review: The F1 Hotel in Paris is truly an amazing place to stay and offers fantastic value for money. The location is perfect close to many authentic Parisian coffee shops and vibrant fruit markets, giving you a real taste of local life. The hotel is impressively clean, and they change towels every day, which adds a nice touch. The showers are excellent, with super hot water that’s perfect for winter stays. I also love the shower cabins with hooks where you can hang your clothes, such a thoughtful detail. The rooms are cozy, with nice views, and even though there are many rooms on each floor, the walls are so thick that you don’t hear a thing. I could even play my music on loud without any issues! This isn’t a luxury hotel, but it’s perfect if you’re on a budget and want a clean, comfortable place to stay. I’ve stayed at many hotels in Paris, and this one is by far the best value for money. I keep coming back and will definitely book here again next time. Highly recommend!

We travelled as a family (5 kids from 13 years old and older) during summer. We left the hotel at 7am and reach the hotel back daily around 6pm (sightseeing were done using the Metro). Depend on the Metro that you take - there will be sketchy area that you have to walk through (less.than 5 minutes to pass by the area). But since we got to the hotel early during day time - it didn't really bother us. So location was acceptable. What we love is that the hotel able to accommodate early check-in. That was a blessing after a long flight to Paris. The shared toilet and shower was OK. Perhaps.we use them mostly during off peak hours. But it was sufficient. Having at least a sink in the bedroom helps too. WiFi is very strong! Hot water and chilled water provided for free at the lobby.

The property was unreal! Perfect for people who want to do Paris on a budget. Payed around $300 aud so £150 for 4 nights which is a bargain. The hotel is 10 minutes train ride on the metro which is fast and efficient. The best station to go from was the garibaldie as it was a nice area and an easy walk to the hotel. Other then then the communal bathrooms were clean and in well working order. Have no complaints and would 100%% recommend this to any people travelling and wanting to do Paris on a budget.

All clean and tidy. The people are nice, they have lockers so we were able to leave the bags until the departure. The no key system is very convenient as you are not afraid to lose it. Tiny but convenient shower. I almost didn’t hear my neighbors. Maybe I didn’t have them. The distance is about 6km but for these money it’s just great. The neighbors near is a little scary but the neighborhood of the hotel is very convenient, there is a supermarket and boulangeries.
